HelpHOPELive is a national non-profit that helps ease the financial burden of patients and families going through a medical crisis. Funds are being raised for Brooke Spann to help pay for a liver transplant for Brooke. She has autoimmune hepatitis and her only path to survival is a liver transplant. Part of each Connected Home 5K will go to HelpHOPELive and you will also get an opportunity to donate in honor of Brooke when you register for the 5K or Half Marathon. You may also donate directly by going to Brooke’s fund raising page from this link. Brooke deserves a chance to live and we can help give her that chance.
