This is another reason we offer networking packages that include our Araknis routers and modems with built-in OVRc. Many of the items we install can be managed remotely. This allows us to more quickly assist you and get your system back up and running, should a problem arise. Wifi settings, surround sound receiver settings, and even your remote control programming can usually be adjusted remotely, without needing a service visit. Contact us for more details.

We believe in creating the very best home technology experience and backing it up with premium service from trained experts. This is why we are currently in the process of re-examining our approach to extended or after hours service and are exploring multiple options to provide you with a better Audio Video and Home Automation experience. For now, our technical support department will be available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
