Remote Support

This is another reason we offer networking packages that include our Araknis routers, network switches, and WiFi access points. Many of the items we install can be managed remotely.  This allows us to more quickly assist you and get your system back up and running, should a problem arise.  Wifi settings, surround sound receiver settings, and even your remote control programming can usually be adjusted remotely, without needing a service visit.  Contact us for more details.
